Garlic Harvest
Every fall we plant hundreds of bulbs and by late summer we are ready to harvest! This process involves carefully pulling up the garlic, brushing off excess dirt, and hanging it to cure for several weeks. Although we do not ship our garlic, it is available for purchase locally in Homer, Alaska.
